Tony is an experienced and passionate facilitator and executive coach.

His outstanding facilitation skills have been developed over more than two decades of designing and presenting effective management and professional development programs, across a broad range of industries and business types, and throughout all levels of staff and management.

Since 2003, Tony has worked exclusively with Adapt Productivity and its clients, helping individuals and teams improve their productivity.  He engages easily with the people he works with, and relishes the opportunity to take them from a place of information overload and work pressure, to one of productive clarity and organisation.  His insights are both grounded and real; with the tools and techniques he recommends always relevant and practical.  The feedback Tony receives is consistently exceptional, ensuring he is in constant demand with Adapt’s key clients.

Tony’s qualifications include a Diploma of Teaching, Bachelor Degree with majors in Psychology and Education, plus a Graduate Certificate in Change Management.
